Hear what Nurse Residents say about their exceptional experience!

Great coaches – without them, I would not have survived on my unit.”

I love that I never feel alone; I am comfortable reaching out to my RDS or any management for questions and getting feedback in real-time.”

“I am a year into my nursing journey and I was privileged to be a part of Lee Health’s RN residency program. When I first started as an RN, the residency program’s staff made sure I always felt comfortable, was being supported by the new unit family, and was being educated kindly and productively by my preceptor. Even a year out, the residency staff still checks on me and says hello.”

“I remember when I was a nurse resident I had all these anxious and scared feelings of being on my own. Throughout my entire nurse residency program, I had many helping hands and open ears to listen and guide me along the way.”
